The Women’s Shelter is a NGO, members of the organization choose a board and substitudes on the annual meeting in April each year. All major changes on the organiztions operation need to be agreed on during the annual meetings.
The board is responsible for the management and meets every month, or often if necessary. On board meetings, the board itself and the implementation team meet and review all possible issues and projects ahead. The board drafts the implementation teams’ work but the board is responsible for all operations.
